Terms & conditions

All gift vouchers are valid for use within 6 months from time of purchase.

 

Vouchers may be used as part or full payment of a treatment. All treatments intended to be paid for with the voucher are subject to assessment of the client for suitability to receive the preferred treatment.

 

If the chosen treatment / course of treatment fee is more than the value of the purchased voucher, the balance must be paid in full when booking the appointment. If the chosen treatment fee is less than the value of the purchased voucher, a credit note will be offered as part payment towards another treatment.

 

No cash alternative can be given. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value and cannot be used towards purchase of goods. No refunds will be given for unused / expired / unwanted vouchers.

 

The name, address, telephone and stage of pregnancy or postnatal period must be confirmed at the time of purchasing the voucher. Nest and Bloom is unable to provide treatments for women outside the designated catchment area. Nest and Bloom is unable to provide treatments for a woman who is more than eight weeks postnatal unless she has already received treatment during the current pregnancy.
