The terms and conditions below are a formal agreement between you and Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies.

 

Confidentiality

Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies agrees to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), NMC regulations, and is registered with the ICO (ref. number ZB751508).

If Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies feels it is important to share your information to consult with your doctor, midwife, or other agencies, this will be done only with your permission.

 

Information sharing

By receiving a treatment from Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies, you are agreeing to provide personal information about your medical history, your previous pregnancies, current health, any medications you are taking, and other treatment you are receiving. Failure to provide accurate details may result in unsuitable or inappropriate treatment. You are required to provide emergency contact and GP details, and consent to these being contacted by Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies if necessary.

 

Services and care

All services provided by Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies do not replace normal midwifery and NHS care. If you are concerned about the wellbeing of yourself or your baby, contact your maternity care provider.

If Nest & Bloom Maternity Therapies has any concerns about whether it is appropriate to treat you, treatment may be adapted or withheld.

 

Payment

Full payment for individual treatments and courses of treatment is required by bank transfer at least 24 hours before your appointment. Payment is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation & rescheduling

You must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Rescheduling is subject to personal circumstances. If you have your baby before the individual treatment is received, or a course of treatment is completed, you will be offered an alternative postnatal treatment up to 8 weeks postnatally. If you do not attend any booked appointment without notice, the payment will be non-refundable and no alternative appointments will be offered.
